The ROBOCON 2024 Annual Meeting will be held from January 24th to 25th at the Shenzhen Institute of Science and Technology Innovation, located in Xili Innovation Cloud City, Building C1, Nanshan District, Shenzhen (Nanshan Headquarters). The event aims to summarize the achievements and experiences of robotics competitions in the fields of education and industry, promote the development of the competition to a higher level, and inject new energy into China's robotics technology. Experts in the field, representative guiding teachers, and entrepreneurial peers are invited to share experiences and exchange insights on topics such as "competition rules, preparation process, and scientific and technological innovation experiences."

CubeMars' sponsorship plan for the ROBOCON competition was launched as early as 2023, aiming to help Chinese teams stand out in the competition and showcase technological and design innovations. We provide corresponding product and technical support to participating students and teams. For this year's annual meeting, we have prepared more than 300 motor products as gifts for participating teams. Among them are planetary actuators AK60-6 tailored to the theme of this competition, chassis wheel drive U8 LITEL motors, friction launch mechanism G40 motors, and universal gimbal GS series motors to help them perform better in this competition.
ROBOCON 2024 Annual Meeting Schedule
The schedule for the annual meeting is exciting and varied. On the afternoon of the 24th, participants will visit the exhibition hall of the Shenzhen Institute of Science and Technology Innovation, including the intelligent hardware full-process supply chain exhibition hall. Then, at the opening ceremony in the evening, Wu Xianliang, Vice President of the Shenzhen Institute of Science and Technology Innovation, will introduce the guests and deliver the opening speech as the host of the event.
Subsequently, speeches were delivered by Professor Li Zexiang, founder and dean of the Shenzhen Institute of Science and Technology Innovation, Professor Xie Cunxi, doctoral supervisor of South China University of Technology, Professor Xi Anmin, vice chairman of the expert committee of the National University Student Robot Contest ROBOCON, and Wang Xu, secretary general of the organizing committee of the National University Student Robot Contest ROBOCON.

At the conclusion of the opening ceremony, Mr. Xiu Demin, Head of the Meituan Drone Business System Engineering, Mr. Zhou Bin, President of the Fourier Intelligence General Robotics Business Unit, Mr. Gao Xiufeng, CTO of Tuozhu Technology, and Mr. Wan Junhui, PR & Brand Manager of CubeMars, took the stage to deliver insightful speeches. At the same time, they prepared generous prizes for the students present at the event.

ROBOCON 2024 Annual Meeting: Technical Sharing and Exchange
The following morning, the ROBOCON themed training session began. Firstly, Professor Bi Shusheng, Deputy Director of the Expert Committee of the National University Student Robot Contest ROBOCON, provided analysis and technical training on the rules of the 2024 ROBOCON "Bionic Quadruped Robot Race." Subsequently, Professor Cai Yueri, Director of the Competition Department of the National University Student Robot Contest ROBOCON, explained and shared insights into the grain silo race. Following that, Professor Deng Daqiang, a guiding teacher at Guangzhou City University of Technology, elucidated and analyzed the rules of robot volleyball.
Lastly, Huang Yiming, captain of the equestrian team at Dalian University of Technology, Liu Muyan, captain of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and Zou Wenlong, captain of Guangzhou City University of Technology, conducted technical sharing and exchange, concluding the morning session.
Continued Activities of ROBOCON 2024 Annual Meeting
In the afternoon of January 25th, two simultaneous events took place. In the Technology Report Hall, team captains from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, South China University of Technology, and Guangdong University of Technology shared their experiences and management practices with the audience. Simultaneously, the ROBOCON New Engineering Science Competition Educational Seminar was held at the Su Song Workshop.
